The Oxleas Leadership Way 360 tool is a structured, values based feedback tool designed to support the development of effective, compassionate, and inclusive leaders across the Trust. It provides leaders with rich insight into how their leadership behaviours are experienced by others, measured against Our Leadership Way , Oxleas’ framework for what good leadership looks like in practice, which translates national NHS Management and leadership standards, our values and strategic vision into clear, Oxleas specific behaviours rooted in compassion, inclusion, improvement, and partnership.
The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®) is a well established, evidence based profiling tool that helps individuals and teams understand what motivates them, how they behave at their best, and how those behaviours can change under pressure or in conflict. It is widely used in leadership and organisational development to strengthen self awareness, relationships, communication, and collaboration.
SDI is grounded in Relationship Awareness Theory, which focuses on the underlying motives that drive behaviour, rather than personality “types” or competence. It helps leaders better understand why people (including themselves) do what they do — particularly in emotionally charged or challenging situations.
